Past Visions of the Future Now (longitudes) is an installation of photographs of the sky from the sites of utopias. The photographs all point to the same position in Earth’s orbit where future space habitats have been proposed, connecting the ideals of the past with visions of the future from where we currently stand.
Past Visions of the Future Now is made possible, in part, by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Officer of the Governor and the New York State Legislature through a Support for Artists Grant, fiscally sponsored by Flux Factory.
